Return and refund policy

We like to keep it simple at Project Letterkunde, so please contact us at info@letter-kunde.be if you would like to return items.

When it comes to returning items that have been purchased we have a couple of strict agreements:

1. You can return your purchased item within 30 days after the purchase date

IF

1. The items are not damaged in any way and are returned in a suitable package to protect them on the journey back. This does not have to be the original packaging.
2. You have been in contact with the team via info@letter-kunde.be to give us a heads up of the return. You will receive instructions on where to send the return to.

AND

1. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price of the item when it is received in good order or receive a replacing item.
2. Shipment costs of the return will not be paid for by Project Letterkunde.
